To ensure that our guests enjoy an unforgettable holiday, you will keep our properties in good technical condition – reliably, solution-oriented and with an eye for quality.
Your role – you make sure everything works
As a technical all-rounder, you will be responsible for maintenance, repairs and minor installation work in our chalets and holiday apartments in Grindelwald and Interlaken. With your plumbing expertise, you will also fix faults in sanitary appliances quickly and professionally, thereby contributing directly to guest satisfaction.
Your tasks
·    Independently carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work in our chalets and holiday apartments, particularly in the sanitary area (fittings, 
      toilets/cisterns, seals, siphons, descaling, silicone joints)
• Troubleshooting and fault finding in occupied properties – fast, clean and guest-oriented solutions
• Simple electrical and assembly work (e.g. installing lights, connecting appliances, assembling/repairing/disposing of furniture)
• Coordination with external service providers for major repairs, quality control and acceptance inspections
•    Documentation of the work carried out and communication with the team
 
Your profile – You are a perfect fit for us if you have the following:
• Completed vocational training as a plumber EFZ or comparable training in the field of building services/maintenance
• Experience in service/maintenance and enjoyment of a wide range of manual tasks
• Clean, reliable and independent working style; pragmatic, solution-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Friendly, well-groomed appearance and customer-oriented communication with guests, team colleagues and partners
• Good knowledge of German; basic knowledge of English is an advantage
• Basic IT/app skills for documentation of work
•    Category B driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided

This job is not for the faint-hearted, but it's definitely for team players! Are you ready to spruce up our apartments and chalets after guests have left and declare war on dirt?
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
You like everything to be shiny and smell nice. It's important to you not to leave any traces behind, and if you do, then only clean ones. You enjoy working with friends in a small team, are well organised and ideally already have some experience in this area.
