«The interior design of the room was absolutely wonderful, making it a very pleasant place to stay. My wife, who has a passion for interior design, was also very happy. The kitchen was equipped with an oven and fully stocked with cutlery and other cooking utensils, allowing me to buy groceries at the nearby COOP and prepare my meals in the room. It was very convenient to eat at our own pace rather than having to dine out. It was my first trip to Switzerland, but the staff explained everything important for my stay in great detail, such as the waste disposal rules. They also recommended a website with more detailed information, so I did not encounter any problems at all. I think this is a very user-friendly system, even for first-time visitors.»
