We have put together a short checklist with the most important points for your departure:
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m.
Please put away clean dishes and cutlery and start the dishwasher before you leave the Apartment.
Please dispose the waste at the recycling stations; you will find the nearest disposal station in the guest information (QR-Code).
Please check that you have packed all your personal belongings and do not leave any food or drinks behind.
Please switch off all lights and close the doors and windows.
Please check that the sun blinds are retracted.
Please place your key cards in the key box at the main entrance.
Please hang the "CHECK-OUT"sign on the doorknob when leaving the apartment.
Please support our cleaning team with these points. If the apartment is excessively dirty, dishes are dirty or rubbish is not disposed of, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning costs.

In case of fire, it is important to intervene immediately in order to limit damage as far as possible. Keep calm and obey the three golden rules of behavior:
GIVE THE ALARM (TELEPHONE 118), RESCUE, EXTINGUISH
1. GIVE THE ALARM
Alert the fire brigade: telephone 118.
warn people at risk.
2. RESCUE
Rescue people and animals from the burning room / area.
Close windows and doors, and leave the site of the fire via the escape routes.
If staircases are obscured by smoke: stay in the unit and wait by the window for the fire brigade.
3. EXTINGUISH
Fight the fire with the appropriate equipment (hand-held fire extinguisher, fire blanket, etc.)
Brief the firefighter when they arrive.

Fill the machine with your laundry and place the laundry pod in the washing machine (on top of the clothes). You will find the laundry pod in the small plastic box in your Apartment
Fill in the washing powder and conditioner into the drawer (needs to be organized by yourself)
Start the washing machine.
Choose the programm. We recommend you the program: Pflegeleicht.
Start the program.
Wait until the program has finished, then you can open the door
Turn off the machine after use
Clean the machine after every use
There are two laundry pods in the apartment in the small plastic box (see below picture). If you need more you can contact the office and we will bring you for CHF 1 each more pods: +41 33 854 10 10.
